Built for everyday PC problems

Slow, broken, or acting up?
Let AI find out why.

QuickFix PC scans your computer, figures out what's likely wrong in plain language, and walks you through the fix step by step — no tech knowledge, no appointment, no shop visit.

Free diagnosis. Windows only, for now.

How it works

Three steps, a few minutes, zero technical jargon.

1

Download the tool

A small, single file. No installer, nothing running in the background you didn't ask for.

2

Run the scan

It checks your power settings, startup programs, drivers, disk health, and recent errors — all on your own machine.

3

Get a plain-language answer

AI reviews the results and tells you what's wrong and what to do about it — in everyday language, not tech speak.

Why people use it

💸 Actually affordable

Priced for everyday households, not enterprise IT budgets.

🗣️ No jargon

Built for people who aren't computer-literate — plain explanations, not error codes.

🔒 You're in control

Nothing changes on your PC without you seeing and approving it first.

Questions people ask

Is it safe to run?

The scan only reads information from your PC (settings, logs, running programs) — it doesn't change anything unless you approve a fix.

Does it install anything permanent?

No. It's a small set of portable files you run when you need it — no installer, no background service. Just unzip and open when you need it.

What about my data?

Only a summary of what's found (not full raw logs) is sent for AI analysis. No personal files are read or uploaded.

Does it work on Mac?

Not yet — Windows only for now, since that's where most of the issues we handle come up.

My PC is completely dead — no lights, no fans. Can this help?

No — this tool runs inside Windows, so it needs your PC to already be powering on and starting up. A fully dead PC is a hardware issue that needs in-person repair.
